Here at CaitieBug Creations, every piece is made by hand by one-two people. These pieces are well thought out and designed. Custom pieces may take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months. By accepting the terms and conditions, you accept that your order may take longer than expected.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

This document is to provide a template between seller and buyer. I am the seller as Caitlin from CaitieBug Creations. Most things on this site are available for shipping right away but be advised custom pieces can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. It depends on where I am in the process and where I am with products getting to me. If you have any questions on timeline please send me a message. This will be updated as we go, as I get busier with orders or life as it happens.
